Sofia Vergara and Joe Manganiello have announced their divorce after seven years of their marriage. As per a news report, the actors issued a statement wherein they called it a ‘difficult decision’. They also requested for privacy as they navigate their way through this new phase of life.
“We have made the difficult decision to divorce. As two people that love and care for one another very much, we politely ask for respect of our privacy at this time as we navigate this new phase of our lives,” read the statement as per Page Six.
The news outlet also quoted a source that revealed that the couple had been growing apart from each other for a while now. The report added that couple was last seen together in June in Hoboken, when Sofia visited Joe on the sets of his new project Nonnas with Vince Vaughn.
A week back, Sofia clocked her 51st birthday and currently she is in Italy enjoying with her friends. The actress shared series of pictures from her get-a-way and none of the pictures featured Joe.
