Motivational speaker Vivek Bindra booked for domestic violence; Report

According to reports, the Noida Police in Uttar Pradesh has filed an FIR against well-known motivational speaker Vivek Bindra for allegedly assaulting his wife Yanika Bindra.

On December 6, Vivek Bindra married Yanika. However, on December 14, a charge was filed against Bindra at the Noida Sector 126 police station, accusing him of assaulting his wife, according to India Today.

As per the report, Bindra, who is also a well-motivational speaker and the CEO and founder of Bada Business Pvt Ltd, was charged under various Indian Penal Code (IPC) sections, including 323, 504, 427 and 325.

The Noida Police is reportedly investigating the case and has stated that a full investigation would be conducted into the allegation.

Yanika’s brother Vaibhav filed the complaint, claiming that Bindra locked his sister in a room, hurled abuses at her and subjected her to serious physical assault, resulting in bruises all over her body, according to India Today.

In a video that has gone viral on social media, Yanika is seen allegedly showing her injury marks to doctors. “She is also unable to hear properly due to the assault on her ears,” Vaibhav said, claiming that Yanika is currently being treated at Delhi’s Kailash Deepak Hospital.
