According to the Free Press Journal, an FIR has been lodged against a drone camera operator who was filming Munawar Faruqui’s Bigg Boss 17victory celebration. A massive crowd gathered in Dongri to celebrate Munawar’s victory. Munawar also bought the famous trophy while standing on the sunroof of his car.
Constable Nitin Shinde, who was patrolling with PSI Tausif Mulla, first noticed Munawar Faruqui’s fan, whose name is said to be Arbaaz Yusuf Khan (26), as per the report. After questioning the drone operator, who didn’t have permission to use the drone during the celebration in Dongri, Mumbai, the police reportedly reported the incident to the police station. Furthermore, it is said that the cops seized the drone camera.
A complaint has been registered for violating the Mumbai Police Commissioner’s rules on drone activity, which requires prior approval. Previously, the cops had banned flying items, including drone cameras, to ensure public safety. The only exceptions are for aerial surveillance by cops or with specific permission provided in writing by the deputy commissioner of police.
Munawar won Bigg Boss 17. He was welcomed enthusiastically by thousands of his fans at Dongri in Mumbai. In a video, he can be seen opening his car’s sunroof and standing there. A massive of people gathered around his car.
