Mumbai sex workers to get Rs 5000 monthly, as pandemic ease

The Uddhav Thackeray led Maharashtra government on Thursday announced provision of financial aid and ration to sex workers in Mumbai. This provision will be guaranteed till the end of pandemic. Every sex worker would receive Rs 5000 with a dry ration of three kg wheat and two kg rice. Also, every month Rs 2500 will be provided for online education of sex worker’s children.
