Actors Naga Chaitanya and Sobhita Dhulipala marked their first wedding anniversary on December 4 by sharing a touching glimpse into their intimate wedding ceremony. The couple, who married last year at Annapurna Studios in Hyderabad, celebrated the milestone with the release of their wedding video, a warm, nostalgic look back at the day they became husband and wife.
Sobhita, who stunned as a traditional South Indian bride in an exquisite gold Kanjivaram silk saree adorned with intricate zari and heavy jewellery, unveiled the video on social media. Chaitanya complemented her look in a kurta paired with his grandfather Akkineni Nageswara Rao’s cherished golden pancha, adding a sentimental touch to the ceremony.
The video captures the couple beaming as they exchange vows, surrounded by family and close friends. Reflecting on their bond, Sobhita says in the clip, “I think we are complete on our own. And yet, in his absence, I would not be full.” Chaitanya, sharing his own feelings, adds, “Knowing she’s in my life gives me the feeling that I can conquer anything with her next to me.”
In her post, Sobhita wrote, “One trippy trip round the Sun with the man I call husband… One year as Mrs!” Chaitanya responded lovingly, writing, “Blessed to be a part of your journey my love. Happy anniversary.” Before marrying Sobhita, Naga Chaitanya was previously married to Samantha, who recently tied the knot with filmmaker Raj Nidimoru on December 1.
