Veteran actor Naseeruddin Shah is making headlines for his portrayal of Bharat Ratna recipient JRD Tata in the upcoming series Made in India – A Titan Story. The makers unveiled his look on Tuesday, marking the 121st birth anniversary of the iconic industrialist, aviator, and philanthropist who laid the foundation for many of India’s modern institutions.
The series, directed by Robby Grewal, is set to premiere next year on Amazon MX Player. Alongside Shah, the ensemble cast includes Jim Sarbh as Xerxes Desai, the pioneering founder of Titan Watch Company, as well as Namita Dubey, Vaibhav Tatwawaadi, Kaveri Seth, Lakshvir Saran, and Paresh Ganatra.
The show is expected to explore the vision and values that built not just a company but a movement in Indian industry.
