NBA play-offs: Brooklyn Nets win Game 2 over Bucks in Eastern Conference Semifinals

Brooklyn Nets have won their 2nd Eastern Conference 125-86 over Milwaukee Bucks with their 2-0 series victory in absence of James Harden who was ruled out of Game 2 following hamstring tightness but that affected them in no way. Kevin Durant who has been ingenious with his momentum for the season scored 32 points with 6 assists, 4 rebounds, 66% FG, 4/6 3 PM. This was the 53rd time when he recorded 20+ points in a playoff half with 29 points. On top of the last 25 postseasons, only LeBron James (96) and late Kobe Bryant (69) has scored more. KD records 30+ points in the playoff for the fourth time and is the NBA Fantasy player of today.

LeBron James who got knocked out of the NBA playoffs 2021 earlier by the Phoenix Suns, was too fast to appreciate the stunning crossover of the Brooklyn star that he pulled off over Giannis Antetokounmpo, which occurred in the first half impressing King James. He praised his move via tweet and said, “That combo was nasty Kevin Durant. My goodness!”

The Nets were too good for the Bucks defensively, they will be back to the Barclays Center in the hope for another win in Milwaukee who came into the series with a 4-0 win over Miami Heat, to keep dominating the series.

Meanwhile on the other side in the 2nd Western Conference, Phoenix Suns defeat Nuggets 122-105 in game 1.
