NBA Playoffs 2021: Milwaukee Bucks overcome the Brooklyn Nets in a climacteric Game 3 victory

After dropping two games in Brooklyn, Milwaukee Bucks survived in the series in the climax moment by winning Game 3 with 86-83. Giannis Antetokounmpo and Khris Middleton duo performed highest by any duo in NBA playoff history with combined 79% of the Bucks points. Giannis scored 33 points with 14 rebounds in 43 minutes while Middleton scored 35 points in 44 minutes on 12-of-25 shooting from the field with 15 rebounds.

The Bucks succeeded to uphold and avoided falling into a deep 3-0 loss and are now 2-1 alive into the series. No team has ever re-entered the series after being 3-0 down in the NBA history.

On the other side, despite scoring combined 55 points for the Nets, Kevin Durant and Kyrie Irving weren’t enough to win the game at the end.

Nets’ Joe Harris one of the best shooters couldn’t help Brooklyn with his shooting abilities even though he got a lot of chances. He made just one shot in 11 attempts in 37 minutes that made his shooting percentage down to nine.

“We ran alot of pick-and-roll in Brooklyn in the first two games. I could get my spots but didn’t make the shot, right pass or the right read. I tried to make things tonight with the right read and right shots. I am just trying to take the advantages of what they are giving,” said Khris Middleton later after the game.

Meanwhile, Utah Jazz lead 2-0 in the series against the LA clippers in the Conference Semi-finals Game 2.

On Sunday, the two teams Brooklyn Nets and Milwaukee Bucks will be back in action for Game 4.
