Union Finance Minister, Nirmala Sitharaman is included in the Forbes 100 most powerful women in the world. Sitharaman is ordered at the 41st position. In 2019, Sitharaman was appointed as India’s Finance Minister and first female to hold this post for full time period. The list includes other influential Indians like Roshni Nadar CEO of HCL corporation who secured the 55th position and Biocon founder Kiran Mazumdar-Shaw claiming 68th position. German Chancellor Angela Markel grabbed the first position for the 10th consecutive year.
