The No Helmet No Petrol rule is going to be reimposed by the Kolkata Police from the 8th of December this year. This rule prohibits transactions of petrol between the petrol pump and the motorcyclists who are not wearing helmets. This rule is considered to continue for 60 days. The rule has been imposed because the government wants to prevent two wheeler accidents which take place when people do not wear helmets.
