Self-care is essential for maintaining mental health, and students should prioritize activities like sleep, a balanced diet, and physical exercise. Mindfulness and relaxation techniques can reduce stress and promote overall well-being. Traditional practices like yoga, meditation, and pranayama can also be beneficial for mental well-being, promoting relaxation, stress reduction, and inner peace.
