Now you can watch the new IPL season in 4k with JioCinema’s all new technological advancements

Reliance Jio recently confirmed that the Indian Premier League 2023 (IPL) will be streamed on JioCinema.

Jio has announced that it will live stream all IPL games in 4K for free on the Jio Cinema app. From March 31 to May 28 in 2023, there will be over 74 matches played in the Indian Premier League. The IPL matches will be streamed in 4K through Jio Cinema thanks to a proposal from Reliance that was approved by the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI).

The digital streaming service JioCinema has unveiled a number of new features and technological advancements in advance of the upcoming Indian Premier League season.

The new plan to stream the 16th season of IPL matches in 4K is a significant upgrade from the current HD streaming quality. The term 4K resolution, which is four times as high as Full HD (1080p) resolution, is used to describe Ultra-HD resolution.

Users of JioCinema will be able to switch between various camera angles for all 74 matches, much like the FIFA World Cup 2022 Multicam feature does. JioPhone users can watch IPL 2023 for free because JioCinema is already supported by the feature phone. On smartphones, you can use the app to check match statistics like the score and pitch heat map, while those watching on a big screen can see the data displayed alongside the game.
