NSE privately warned Future Retail as it violated regulatory action skipping timely market disclosures about efforts by Amazon.com. Amazon condemned Future Retail for misleading people by falsifying market disclosures.The complaint came after Amazon on Oct. 25 won an injunction from an arbitrator to halt the Future-Reliance deal. The stock exchanges consistently asked Future Retail to submit the details of the arbitration order, which was not submitted by the company.
