Olive by Embassy has launched its first properties in Pune, unveiling Olive Hotel Baner with 48 keys and Olive Hotel Wakad with 30 keys. The move marks the brand’s formal entry into one of India’s fastest-growing business and technology markets.
Both hotels are located in strategic micro-markets aligned with Pune’s IT corridors, corporate offices, and residential zones. The expansion reflects Olive’s focus on delivering technology-driven hospitality solutions in cities witnessing sustained business travel growth.
“Pune is a powerhouse of innovation and enterprise, driving demand for smart accommodation that matches the pace of its professionals,” said Kahraman Yigit, CEO & Co-founder, Olive by Embassy. “Olive Hotel Baner and Wakad deliver seamless access to IT parks, corporate offices, and lifestyle destinations, powered by our signature AI-driven model. This launch strengthens our metro footprint while scaling for Pune’s next growth phase.”
Olive Hotel Baner combines corporate connectivity with access to Baner’s social infrastructure, while Olive Hotel Wakad targets Hinjewadi commuters and extended-stay guests, offering proximity to Westgate Business Park and the Mumbai-Pune Expressway.
Looking ahead, Olive plans to scale aggressively in Pune, targeting 40+ hotels and 1200+ keys by 2030.
