It is confirmed that the forthcoming smartphone will come with a BOE-made display and Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 8 Elite CPU. With the smartphone’s unveiling just a few days away, OnePlus has begun to divulge information about its display features.
Android 15-based ColorOS 15 will power the OnePlus 13 when it launches. Additionally, the smartphone manufacturer has revealed that there will be three colour options available. The OnePlus 13’s display features have been revealed by the company ahead of its release.
According to one of the photos uploaded to Weibo, the Chinese microblogging site, it will include a second-generation Oriental X2 8T LTPO AMOLED display from BOE, with a refresh rate of 120 Hz and HDR10+ and Dolby Vision. The display will hold DisplayMate A++ and TUV Rheinland Intelligent Eye Protection 4.0 certifications, according to the pictures that OnePlus has published.
Additionally, it will support DC dimming and include anti-flicker technology to protect your eyes. Additionally, OnePlus has hinted at features like Rain Touch 2.0, which enables the display to be used in damp conditions; another image implies that the device will also function while a user is wearing gloves; and a third poster indicates that the phone’s display will come with touch optimisations specifically designed for gaming.
A 50-megapixel Sony LYT-808 primary camera with optical image stabilisation, a 50-megapixel periscope telephoto camera, and a 50-megapixel ultrawide camera with a 120-degree field of view are the three rear cameras that Hasselblad has confirmed would be included. The Oppo Find X8 series’ image processing algorithm will also be included in it.
