Pakistan’s young seamer Hasan Ali collapsed Zimbabwe’s batting leaving them in a deficit of 375 runs in the first innings

Pakistan won the toss and decided to bat first at the Harare Sports Club after declaring on a huge total of 510 ahead of Zimbabwe. Pakistan’s Abid Ali played a monumental knock till the end of 215 accompanied by Azhar Ali who was later departed after scoring 126, both guiding Pakistan to such a strong total. However, Zimbabwe’s failed in making a comeback with bat and were crumbled down for 132 runs leaving a trail of 375 runs in the first innings.

Pakistan young gun, Hasan Ali did the magic with the ball claiming his fifth five-wicket haul in the Tests. Hasan departed Zimbabwean opener Kevin Kasuza(4) along with the wickets of Chakabva(33), Tendai Chisoro(1), Luke Jongwe (19) and Tailender Roy Kaia(11).

Hasan Ali bowled a spell of thirteen overs sticking five wickets and four maidens at an economy of 2.10. Pakistan gave a follow on to the host team and are currently dominating the second Test of the Pakistan tour to Zimbabwe.
