Pakistani woman arrested for illegally entering India after searching for ways on YouTube

Police have arrested a Pakistani woman living in Greater Noida illegally to meet her online friend. She had searched ways to enter India on YouTube, revealed police officials to Indian Express.

Seema Ghulam Haider, a resident of Rind Hajana village in Pakistan’s Sindh province, met an Indian man named Sachin Singh while playing the online game PUBG. As their friendship grew stronger, Seema decided to come to India so they could get married.

The 27-year-old woman was already married to Ghulam Haider, with whom she shares four children. Ghulam went to Saudi Arabia in 2019 for work and Seema came into contact with Sachin the same year. They met while playing PUBG, but later became good friends on WhatsApp and Instagram.

In March this year, Seema travelled to Nepal to meet Sachin for the first time. They stayed in a hotel for a week, post which she went back to her family in Pakistan. She then came up with a plan to enter India via Nepal.
