The COVID-19 pandemic has benefitted the oil refineries since people want to stay protected and are therefore avoiding travel by public means such as trains, buses, rickshaws and more. This urge to stay protected has made them to purchase more and more oil and drive on their own. As for the gas consumption, it has increased drastically as well since people are avoiding restaurant food and cooking by themselves. The oil and gas industry are nearly operating at 100% capacity.
