Happiest Minds will acquire US-based Pimcore Global Services for $8.25 million. Austria’s Pimcore Services is a data management digital agency and system integrator.
“Happiest Minds Technologies Ltd has concluded and signed definitive agreements to acquire 100 percent ownership interest of PGS Inc (doing business as Pimcore Global Services) for a consideration of $8.25 million,” Happiest Minds said in a regulatory filing late Friday night, January 29.
It will help make more noteworthy advanced capital for clients and encourage onboarding more client logos of key outcome. The procurement is dependent on closing conditions and is required to shut in the quarter ended March 31, 2021.
