Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be virtually addressing the centenary celebrations of Visva-Bharati University, Shantiniketan, West Bengal today at 11 am via video conferencing. The Union Education Minister and Governor of West Bengal will also be attending this event.
Visva-Bharati University was founded by Gurudev Rabindranath Tagore in 1921, and it is one of the oldest Central University in India.
