On Friday, Poco released its first tablet, the Poco Pad 5G, in India. The Chinese smartphone company already has a sister brand, Redmi, which sells low-cost Redmi Pads in India.
Features of Poco Pad 5G
The Poco Pad 5G features a 12.1-inch LCD display with an aspect ratio of 16:10 and a refresh rate of up to 120 Hz. The display can reach a peak brightness of 6,000 nits. It features Dolby Vision and is safeguarded with Corning Gorilla Glass 3. Poco Pad 5G has a 10,000 mAh battery with media consumption and a 33 W charger included in the box. Poco’s first tablet features a Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 processor paired with 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage that can be expanded up to 1.5 TB via microSD card. It also provides a free six-month membership to Microsoft Office 365.
Price of Poco Pad 5G
The Poco Pad 5G will be available in Pistachio Green and Cobalt Blue, starting at ₹19,999 for the 8 GB + 128 GB storage edition and ₹21,999 for the 8 GB + 256 GB storage variant on Flipkart starting August 27.
