This Tuesday morning, Prince William learned what it’s like to have New Yorkers who don’t give a damn about your existence. People living in New York are infamous for not caring about famous individuals, at least the majority of them. Despite having one of the most recognizable faces in the world, Prince William appeared to be surprised after going for a run, yet no one seemed to care.
He simply dressed casually and was able to run freely around Central Park without any worries in the world. Prince William is presently in New York City for the Earthshot Summit, an event that celebrates his climate competition the Earthshot Prize.
During the event, Prince confirmed that he went to the well-known park to join New Yorkers in their everyday routine. He was certainly expecting to get mobbed, but it did not happen. He said: “I decided to join the hordes of New Yorkers during their morning routine. It was wonderful waking up in New York on a sunny morning rather than the rain we had yesterday. It was beautiful getting some fresh air this morning.”
At present, the prince is on a mission to continue fighting climate change and the horrible consequences of any disaster which includes wildfires, hurricanes and other natural disasters.
