Vladimir Putin, the President of Russia says that he will work with any U.S. leader but still isn’t ready to recognise Joe Biden as the President of United States of America. He believes and mentions that the opposing party has still not recognised Joe Biden’s victory in the U.S. elections and therefore, until they do so in a legal manner, Putin cannot give his confidence on Biden just yet.
