The Oh My God universe appears ready for a major expansion, with Rani Mukerji reportedly joining Akshay Kumar in the third instalment of the popular franchise, OMG 3. If confirmed, the film will mark the first time the two celebrated ’90s stars share screen space, making it one of the most talked-about castings in recent years.
According to a source quoted by Pinkvilla, OMG 3 is not being treated as a routine sequel but as a large-scale cinematic event. The source described the casting as a significant move, noting that the franchise remains among Akshay Kumar’s most loved projects. Rani Mukerji’s addition, the source added, is expected to bring a new dimension, depth, and freshness to the story.
