In the next two years, Ranveer Singh, last seen in Karan Johar’s Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani, will be busy shooting for his next projects. In addition to Don 3 and Singham Again, the actor is reportedly preparing for Shaktimaan, another big movie, according to a Pinkvilla report. According to reports, Basil Joseph will direct it.
According to the portal, Don 3 will be shot over a seven-month period in both India and abroad. It is anticipated to be completed by March 2025, following which Ranveer Singh will begin work on Shaktimaan in May 2025.
A source told Pinkvilla, “Right after Don 3, it’s time for Shaktimaan. The film has been in the writing stage for over three years now and the team has finally cracked a script that’s worthy of doing justice to the legacy of Shaktimaan. The film will be directed by Basil Joseph, with Sony Pictures India and Sajid Nadiadwala as the producers.”
While Ranveer’s Singham Again is set to premiere in 2024, Don 3, directed by Farhan Akhtar, is slated to be a big 2025 release, with Shaktimaan expected to be released in 2026. As per recent reports, the actor is in talks with many other filmmakers about exploring the south and making a pan-Indian movie.
