Actors Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna will be married sooner than expected. Following a secret engagement in October in front of their family, the couple is ready to take things to the next level in 2026. As per Hindustan Times, a source close to the actors confirms the wedding date and venue.
While Rashmika and Vijay have not publicly announced their romance, his team revealed to HT during their engagement in October that they will married in February. A source close to the couple now confirmed, “Rashmika and Vijay’s wedding is scheduled for February 26 at a palace in Udaipur. They have completed one of the heritage properties. Much like their engagement, the aim is to keep the wedding as intimate as possible, with only their closest friends and family in attendance.”
It is uncertain whether the couple plans to host a party for their film business acquaintances when they return to Hyderabad. Rashmika and Vijay exchanged rings in Hyderabad on October 3, 2025, one day after Dasara. While Vijay and Rashmika did not make any public statements, Vijay’s staff confirmed the news to HT. They also stated that the couple would marry in February.
Rashmika and Vijay were engaged in a secret ceremony attended only by their closest friends and family. While they have kept quiet since then, Vijay’s public expression of affection for Rashmika at an event for The Girlfriend was not unnoticed. Rashmika has also commented about how her ‘boyfriend’ cured her from pain that he did not cause. The duo appeared in both the 2018 hit Geetha Govindam and the 2019 feature Dear Comrade. They led the 43rd India Day Parade in New York and attended this year’s Bharat Beyond Borders event. Following the release of their engagement announcement, both actors were seen sporting rings.
