Last week, the Lucknow Super Giants player was rated No.5, and he has risen 5 ranks to replace the Afghanistan spin sensation.
After succeeding in his first assignment as the T20I captain, Suryakumar Yadavv continues to hold the top spot in the batting rankings. Suryakumar led a young Indian side to a 4-1 win against Australia in the T20I series.
Ravi Bishnoi had the most wickets in the T20I series against Australia, with nine in five games. It’s an incredible achievement for Bishnoi, who only made his T20I debut in February 2022. He has played 21 games and taken 34 wickets.
He has put his hand up and reminded selectors that he is a crucial contender for the T20 World Cup in 2024 with his recent performances. Bishnoi is up against Axar Patel, Ravindra Jadeja and Kuldeep Yadav for the positions of the highly competitive spinners.
