The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has approached the largest private sector bank- HDFC Bank asking for an explanation as to how it’s digital services and ATMs stopped working for hours. The RBI has confronted the bank since this incident has been repeated from HDFC bank the third time in the last two years and their frequency of outages are going up.
