Reserve Bank to restore market trading hours from next week

Announcing phased restoration of trading hours for several debt as well as currency markets, the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) stated the trading hours have been extended by 90 minutes till 3.30 pm for most of the segments from November 9, 2020, with the graded roll-back of the lockdown. Worth mentioning here is that trading hours for various RBI-regulated markets were curtailed earlier this year because of the COVID-19 outbreak.
