RMZ Enters Strategic Partnership with Maharashtra Government to Boost FDI at Davos

RMZ announced a strategic investment partnership with the Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority and CIDCO at the World Economic Forum Annual Meeting 2026.

The partnership aims to facilitate investments of up to USD 30 billion over ten years across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, potentially generating approximately 3 lakh direct and indirect jobs. The initiative is designed to accelerate foreign direct investment into infrastructure and urban development.

RMZ will manage investment structuring, capital mobilisation, planning and asset management under the MMRDA collaboration, while CIDCO will support data centre and commercial developments in Navi Mumbai starting FY 2026–27.

“We are excited about announcing the partnership with RMZ as it aligns with Maharashtra’s broader vision to attract large-scale technology-led infrastructure projects,” said a CIDCO spokesperson.

The partnership seeks to support long-term economic growth, digital infrastructure expansion and global investor participation in Maharashtra.
