Saiyaara box office day 10: Ahaan Panday’s film hits ₹30 crore on second Sunday, sets sights on ₹250 crore mark

In its second weekend, Mohit Suri’s sleeper smash Saiyaara was also a box office success. On the second Sunday, the movie brought in Rs 30 crore, bringing its total domestic box office receipts to Rs 247.25 crore. The movie, which aims to surpass Vicky Kaushal’s Chhaava, has already become the second highest-grossing movie of the year.

Taran Adarsh shared on his X handle, “SPLENDID SATURDAY – ‘SAIYAARA’ REMAINS A MAJOR FORCE… #Saiyaara continues its triumphant run, now eyeing the ₹ 300 cr milestone after crossing ₹ 200 cr on its second Saturday [Day 9]. Now comes the best part: #Saiyaara’s *second* Saturday is HIGHER than its *first* Saturday [₹ 26.25 cr] – a remarkable feat and a rarity in today’s times. There’s just no stopping this blockbuster!”

The film, which was produced by Yash Raj Films, poignantly addresses heartache, loss, and love. Aneet Padda plays Vaani Batra, a young writer with early-onset Alzheimer’s illness, while rookie Ahaan Pandey plays Krish Kapoor, a struggling musician. Saiyaara, the musical directed by Mohit Suri, is still making box office history and shows no signs of slowing down. The only movie that has a chance to surpass it as the year’s biggest grossing picture is Vicky Kaushal’s Chhaava.
