YouTube has released its 2025 Vibe Check, which is a summary of everything that trended on the platform during the year. In addition to the most well-known artists, the trends featured songs that captivated audiences as well as international and Indian films and television series that generated a lot of buzz online during the year.
The most popular song on YouTube in 2025 was the title track of Mohit Suri’s popular romance drama Saiyaara. Faheem Abdullah sings the song, which was penned by Irshad Kamil and composed by Arslan Nizami, Tanishk Bagchi, and Abdullah. The song is available for listening on Yash Raj Music’s official YouTube page, as the movie was produced by Aditya Chopra’s Yash Raj Films.
Ahaan Panday and Aneet Padda, the film’s energetic new leads, were featured in the music video. Additionally, the Saiyaara title tune ranked #3 among the songs that were trending on YouTube Shorts

Other popular songs were the Telugu song “Ranu Bombai Ki Ranu” by Kalyan Keys, Singer Prabha, and Ramu Rathod on #2, “Shaky” by G-Spark and Sanju Rathod on #3, “Raanjhan” by Parampara Thakur from Shashanka Chaturvedi’s Netflix India crime thriller Do Patti, starring Kriti Sanon and Shaheer Sheikh on #4, and “Teri Ramjhol Bole Gi” by Sheenam Katholic, Mr. Boota, Masoom Sharma, Aarohi Raghav, and Kay D on #5.
