The film starring Salman Khan and Pooja Hegde that was previously titled “Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali” had been renamed “Bhaijaan” and is slated to hit the theatres on Diwali 2022.
According to reports by a leading daily, the cast will do a photoshoot at Salman’s Panvel farmhouse once the situation improves. Designer Ashley Rebello has already started work on the look of Salman Khan in the film. Salman is said feature in a clean shaven white-kurta and jeans look throughout the film and its iconic scenes.
The plot of the film is inspired by a popular Tamil film wherein Salman plays the role of the eldest brother in the family who refuses to get married. After his three younger brother fall in love, they conspire to find him a match.
Apart from Salman and Pooja, the movie will also star Aayush Sharma and Zaheer Iqbal in key roles.
Capturing the essence of brotherhood and family, the filmmakers are planning to kickstart the shooting in November 2021 and will release the first look of the movie on the auspicious occasion of Bakri Eid on July 21.
2021 seems to be a pretty busy year for the actor with several big films lined up, like Sooraj Barjatya’s remake of Tamil movie “Master”, a special cameo in Siddharth Anand’s “Pathan” and a lead role in “Kick 2” and “Tiger 3” alongside Katrina Kaif and Jacqueline Fernandez respectively.
