Today, December 27, as Salman Khan celebrates his 59th birthday, Shera, the actor’s devoted bodyguard of many years, posted a photo with him to wish him well.
Late on Thursday, Shera posted a photo of himself with Salman during the actor’s midnight celebration on his Instagram account. In a brown jacket and a black T-shirt, Salman looked sharp. With his arm resting on Salman’s shoulder, Shera stood beside him.
Shera captioned the picture “Mere MAALIK ka birthday hai (It’s my boss’ birthday) (celebration emoji) love MAALIK (red heart emoji).” He also added the hashtags – Happy birthday, birthday, blessed, Shera, and maalik.
Salman Khan’s close friends and family were there during his midnight birthday party. Actors Arbaaz Khan and Sohail Khan, his brothers, were spotted pulling up in their separate vehicles. Arbaaz was joined by his spouse, Sshura Khan, a makeup artist.
Recently, the couple commemorated their one wedding anniversary. Sajid Khan, the composer of the music for Sajid-Wajid, posted an inside look at Salman’s birthday celebration on his Instagram account. Salman and his niece Ayat, who is the daughter of his sister Arpita Khan and actor Ayush Sharma, are seen in the video cutting his birthday cake.
Regarding his career, Salman’s upcoming film is Sikandar, an action thriller directed by AR Murugadoss. Sikandar, which stars Rashmika Mandanna and is produced by Sajid Nadiadwala, will be released in theatres on Eid next year. The film’s teaser was supposed to be released on Salman’s birthday, but the producers opted to push it back by one day due to the passing of former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh.
