Samsung powers ‘BTS World Tour ‘Arirang’’ with Galaxy

Samsung Electronics has announced a global partnership with the ‘BTS World Tour ‘Arirang’,’ introducing a new concert experience enhanced by Galaxy mobile technology. This collaboration aims to bring artists and their audiences closer together.

BTS and their fanbase, known as ARMY, have created a cultural movement that unites people in celebrating self-expression and connection through music. This movement has had a global impact, fostering genuine shared experiences that align closely with Samsung’s Galaxy brand philosophy. By combining music with technology, Samsung and the ‘BTS World Tour ‘Arirang” are enabling people to capture and share special moments worldwide.

Stephanie Choi, Executive Vice President and Head of the Mobile Marketing Center, Mobile eXperience (MX) Business at Samsung Electronics, stated, “Samsung believes that technology enriches everyday experiences. Through this collaboration, Galaxy will serve as a bridge connecting artists and the audience, enabling people to experience concert moments more meaningfully and preserve and share those memories for longer.”

Samsung is transforming the traditional concert viewing experience by using Galaxy’s technology to help the audience emotionally connect with artists and their performances in immersive ways. The Galaxy S26 Ultra camera, in particular, is designed to capture memorable moments from live performances, allowing audiences worldwide to relive and share the concert’s energy and emotion in their daily lives.

Lee Jae-sang, CEO of HYBE, remarked, “Fans are at the heart of everything we do, shaping our music and journey together with us. Through this partnership with Samsung Electronics, we hope fans can experience concerts more vividly and create lasting memories.”

The ‘BTS World Tour ‘Arirang” will kick off in Goyang, South Korea, and continue in major cities globally until 2027. Part of the world tour includes an exclusive BTS The City Arirang Seoul event in Seoul from March 20 to April 19, featuring a variety of Galaxy-powered immersive experiences at major landmarks across the city.

Fans will have the opportunity to explore the Galaxy S26 series through interactive activities, such as a stamp rally at Samsung’s Gangnam store and creating self-made stickers using the Galaxy AI-powered Creative Studio. Participants completing these activities can win prizes, including limited-edition ‘BTS The City Arirang Seoul’ merchandise.

After Seoul, ‘BTS The City’ will expand to other tour locations. Samsung will be involved throughout the entire ‘BTS The City’ journey, promoting innovation that encourages fans to express themselves, capture significant moments, and enhance everyday experiences with Galaxy.
