ICICI Bank on Wednesday said the RBI has approved Sandeep Batra as executive director of the company for a period of three years. Batra currently is the President and has been working with the bank for nearly two decades handling responsibilities of internal audit, secretarial and compliance. The 54 year old President is a chartered accountant and company secretary.
