SBI Life buys a 8.98% stake in Paisalo Digital

SBI Life Insurance Company on Thursday acquired a 8.98% of Paisalo Digital at Rs 490 a piece. The 8.98% equity gathers to 3,80,000 shares of the non-banking finance company. In the interim, Antara India Evergreen Fund sold it’s 3.54% stake, Davos International Fund sold 0.68%, Elara India Opportunities Fund sold 2.6% and Heshika Growth Fund sold 1.89% stake in Paisalo Digital. The transaction was for cash consideration of about ₹186.20 crore, it said in a regulatory filing.
