The State Bank of India is doing an e- Auction of various properties on the 30th of December. The auction will consist of commercial as well as residential properties which will be up for sale immediately. These properties are said to be mortgaged by defaulters and the SBI is going to recover their debt by selling their property. The properties are believed to be cheaper than the market rate for that locality. Few lucky ones might just win a lottery in a prime location for super affordable rates.
