The Securities and Exchange Board of India is planning to hold a meeting before the Union budget to discuss and alter new norms for the shareholders of companies under Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process and amends to Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements. The meeting is very importance since the keypoints will be sent to the Ministry for the budget speech.
