The drug case has gone too far now and as per the recent updates, two NCB officials were attacked by drug peddlers on Monday morning. One was the senior Zonal Officer, Sameer Wankhede who has been heading the Bollywood Drugs Racket case and unearthed several syndicates. He along with his team, recently raided Bharti Singh’s house. Another junior NCB officer has also been attacked in the same today. According to media reports, officers are injured and a F.I.R has been registered at Goregoan Police Station, Mumbai.
