The CEO of Serum Institute, Adar Poonawalla who’s pharmaceutical company is manufacturing COVID-19 vaccination developed by AstraZeneca and Oxford University has become one of the first people to receive the shot in the arm of the much awaited vaccination.
Mr. Adar Poonawalla received the shot of Serum developed Covishield and has appealed to the people to not listen to the rumors as the vaccine developed is both safe and reliable. He posted a video of him getting injected on his official twitter handle .
