According to paperwork obtained by Square Yards, Bollywood actor Shahid Kapoor and his spouse Mira Kapoor have rented their opulent Mumbai flat for 75,000 per month. The first year’s rent is ₹75,000, however the next year’s rent will be ₹78,750.
According to the leave and licence form filed on 15 January, the apartment is situated in Versova’s Cosy Apartments, which was built by the Cosy Group. The residential space is 1,400 square feet, according to the IGR registration paperwork that Square Yards examined.
A ₹1,000 registration fee and a ₹4,725 stamp duty payment were associated with the transaction. According to the documents, Sudarshanwar Vishal and Sudarshanwar Elsa Nilaj had rented the flat and paid 2.25 lakh as a security deposit. Kapoor was not immediately available for comment. For his roles in films like Jab We Met, Haider, Udta Punjab, and Kabir Singh, Shahid Kapoor has received praise.

The 5,395 square foot apartment is part of the Three Sixty West project by Oberoi Realty. According to documents, Dipan Bhuptani, a senior executive of D’Decor Home Fabrics, was the tenant of the flat.
The arrangement, which was registered in November 2024, has a 60-month (5-year) term and requires a ₹1.23-crore initial security deposit. The expansive 2,200 square foot luxury apartment is located in Imperial Heights Tower CHS Ltd., a residential complex. Records show that the registration was completed on December 18.
