Shares of Tata Motors rise by 4% after retain call

Shares of Tata Motors surged 4% in the morning session on December 28 as global research firm CLSA retained buy call on the stock. Buy call gives the buyer a right, but not an obligation to purchase the stock. CLSA maintained buy call on the stock with a target of Rs 220 per share. According to CNBC-TV18, it is of the view that EU-UK agreement allows free trade of goods which removes a potential risk for JLR. The stock was trading at Rs 182.75, up by 3.89% at 09:26 hours.
