Saif Ali Khan, Kareena Kapoor, Soha Ali Khan, Kunal Kemmu, and Sara Ali Khan were among the family members who celebrated veteran actor Sharmila Tagore’s 80th birthday on Sunday. Sara posted images and videos from Sharmila’s birthday lunch on Instagram.
The family was spotted in a restaurant, sitting at a table. Sharmila sat between Sara and Saif Ali Khan in a picture, waving at the camera. Jeh Ali Khan, Kunal, Inaaya Naumi Keemu, and Kareena Kapoor were also spotted.
They all gathered around Sharmila as she cut the cake in a video. Inaaya surprised Sharmila by giving her a large knife. The birthday song was then sung by everyone. Sara Ali Khan sat between Kareena and Saif and posed for a photo. Saif pulled a silly expression in another picture.
In one of the photos, Sara also posed alongside Sharmila. “Happy Birthday Dadi Jaan (grandma). Humari family ki Aan Aur Shaan (The pride of our family).”
