Shapoorji Pallonji Real Estate has announced that it is planning to invest around Rs.4,000 crore in Pune to develop a large mixed-use project. The announcement was made on Thursday as part of their expansion plan.
The project is named ‘VANAHA’ and will be sprawled across 148 acres near Bavdhan, West Pune. The company in a statement said that the estimated investment of the project is around Rs.4,000 crore. Once completed, the project will have more than 6,000 flats.
The project will be accomplished in phases. The project site is in proximity to Banner IT hub and Hinjewadi hub in Pune. It is also linked to the Mumbai-Bangalore highway.
