Sergio Ramos got into a verbal spat with a supporter in his post-match interview after Sevilla’s 2-0 home defeat against Athletic Bilbao in the Spanish league on Thursday.
The defender was speaking to a television reporter by the sideline when he reacted angrily to a fan shouting at him from the stands.
“Have some respect, we are talking. Respect the fans and the shield. Respect the fans and shut up now,” Ramos yelled.
“Respeta a la gente y cállate ya!” 🤬
Sergio Ramos was interrupted by Sevilla supporters during his post-game interview and he unleashes on them in return.

“We have to endure everything. It’s the situation now,” he told the reporter. “We understand the frustration of the fans, it’s normal. It’s been a long time without winning, without giving them some happiness.”
Sevilla, a famous team from southern Madrid, is currently in 16th position, one point above the relegation zone, following their fifth defeat in the last six matches in all competitions.
Sevilla has only won one of its last 13 league games, a 1-0 victory over second-to-last-place Granada in December.
