Solapur based Ranjitsinh Disale wins $1 million annual Global Teacher Prize 2020

Ranjitsinh Disale from Paritewadi village in Solapur, Maharashtra has been selected as the winner for the $1 million annual Global Teacher Prize 2020 due to his efforts in promoting female education and QR coded textbooks in India. The 32 year old man has been selected for the prize founded by Varkey Foundation among 10 finalists across the globe. Ranjitsinh Disale has now been recognised for his outstanding efforts as a Teacher.
