Recently, Bollywood actor Varun Dhawan has been in the news for all the right reasons. He stunned the audience with a big cameo in the highly anticipated movie Stree 2, starring Rajkummar Rao and Shraddha Kapoor. He made his screen debut in the movie as Bhediya for free.
As per Pinkvilla, Varun Dhawan and Dinesh Vijan have a great deal of affection for the character Bhediya. The public embraced the 2022 release of Bhediya, which costarred Kriti Sanon, to the fullest. Recently, Varun and Dinesh revealed that Bhediya 2 will be their comeback. The response to Varun’s cameo in Stree 2 has encouraged the actor-producer team to move quickly on Bhediya 2, hoping to have it released by the end of 2025. It will be interesting to see where the tale goes from here for the creators.
Stree 2 has already entered the 400 crore club by the seventh day of its release, it has collection of 59 crore overseas. In addition to Pankaj Tripathi, Aparshakti Khurana, and Abhishek Banerjee in significant parts, Akshay Kumar made a special appearance in Stree 2. After seeing him on the big screen, everyone became obsessed. His rapport with Abhishek had the moviegoers in stitches. Akshay’s character was given an intriguing twist in the movie, and there were hints about his extensive participation in the sequel.
