Plot

Supacell tracks five regular people who acquire remarkable abilities. The one thing that unites them despite their extreme differences is that they are both Black residents of south London. Michael (Tosin Cole), a delivery guy, is having the time of his life. He’s finally secured a gorgeous automobile and a house, and he intends to marry Dionne, the woman of his dreams. But shortly after he pops the question, he unexpectedly time-travels to the future, upending his idyllic existence! Michael is only one of five common individuals who find they possess amazing abilities. The action also centres on telekinetic nurse Sabrina (Nadine Mills), super-strong dad Andre (Eric Kofi-Abrefa), super-fast drug dealer Rodney (Calvin Demba), and gang leader Tazer (Josh Tedeku), whose abilities swiftly intensify neighbourhood street fights.
Apart from the fact that they are all Black South Londoners, they don’t really have anything in common. However, as the five strangers learn to control their newfound powers, Michael’s visit to the future indicates Dionne will suffer a horrific fate.
