Supreme Court: Media will be held responsible for fake news and hate speech

Nilesh Navalakha has requested the Supreme Court to establish a non reliant Media Tribunal which will only hear and respond to complaints filed against the media. Nilesh believes that this media Tribunal will create a balance among freedom of speech of the citizens as well as the news spread by media. Since fake news and assumed stories are reported, it harms the proper procedural trial of victims who get succumbed in these hate speeches, paid news, and fake news.
